  Paul is racist and should not be a manager he did not even great me when I walked in I had to great him. My wife was not happy with the shirts she got and he said he would make an exception and let us swap the shirts for the same shirts that is all and we had the receipt. He should not be running the store. He will ruin this location. I have shopped at American longer than he has been employed at American eagle. Hey Paul Jackson, tn manager at the bottom of the receipt it clearly says If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it to any AE or Aerie store in the U.S. for a full refund. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Please bring your original method of payment. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll give you store credit for the current price in the form of an AE gift card. Note we had proof of purchase and our receipt.

  I got here at 11 because their website says that they would be open at 10. The doors are locked and multiple people are trying to get in. No associate is coming to the door to let people know what is going on which i feel like is the bare minimum they could do.
