  This is normally my absolute favorite goodwill everyone is always super nice but incredibly disappointed today. My daughter had to go in for one thing and one thing alone she needed for school tomorrow. I’m not ever one to go somewhere right before close however I got pulled over on the way here so I didn’t really have a choice. It was 5:53 when we got here. I told my daughter we’d have like 3 minutes & we’d need 2-3 minutes to check out in order not to keep them once they closed at 6:00 because I’m not that person. An employee in the parking lot said oh sorry we’re closed. I said politely I thought you closed at 6:00 and told her the time and that we needed one thing and she said well everyone is already out of the store. So I guess they close at 5:53. It personally makes me mad when people would come where I’ve worked right before close however given that we wouldn’t have kept them after 6:00 that upsets me a little bit! I thought stores were supposed to stay open until said time unless it was a minute or two before close I’d understand that.

  Sweetest employees and great goodwill overall but the people managing this place are absolutely trash, so many employees roaming around not working the register when theres a line 25 people deep. It's a common and daily occurrence but the managers just look and stare

  Books are ok to purchase; however, this location does not do basic quality checks before selling the items they receive. I bought an item which when I got home I found had exploded batteries. The umbrella I also bought was missing the bottom pole and the inside prongs/lock were broken making the umbrella unusable. Both my children have ASD and due to our their therapy schedules, I was unable to return in the 3 day window. I tried to talk to someone in the store about it and they refused to make it right. I do a quick quality check in store, but I trust Goodwill to do basic functionality checks prior to selling an item. It is giving used lemon car sales vibes. Very disappointed. I did submit a BBB complaint but also BUYER BEWARE.

  There is a very rude employee here that argues with customers and yells at them. She's short and is always in the furniture area. She seperates what she wants and has people buy it for her. On time I was in the toys and books area and she was yelling at another employee. If this type of behavior is allowed out here, I can't imagine what happens in the back with the rest of the employees.
