I was told that everything was already put away for the day & my order was never prepared. I was told that if I wanted I could pick it up tomorrow. I specifically chose a time slot to pick up my order that day for a special occasion. If the option to pickup that day & time wasn’t available then I’m confused as to why it was an option. I asked for the managers contact information & I was given an incorrect number. I then contacted my bank to dispute the charge and it was declined. I will dispute the charge again. I paid for a service that I did not receive & want my money refunded. Very dissatisfied
