This is not an appropriate way to speak to customers. I believe that when I am spending my hard-earned money, I have the right to take my time and choose sunglasses that I like.

(This is not my standard M.O. as a customer, but I felt like one of those people.) Anyhoo, Wanda, the manager, had my back all the way. She processed my returns with a smile, never shamed me, and was super helpful and accommodating. My husband and I visited the store today and walked out with 3 new pairs of glasses, thanks to Wanda! Highly recommend! 🤗
