- RFRose FalesDec 14, 20252.0I don't care how short staffed Belk may be, there is NEVER an excuse for an entire department to look like a tornado hit it and every single walkway in the bedding department to be covered in crap! My elderly mother almost fell in the chaos looking for a simple pillow. By the way, this was early in the morning and very few customers were inside shopping. If you cannot keep your store any better than this or cannot staff this place, shut the doors. This is dangerous, especially for the elderly population who shop here! I would post the video that I have, if Belk gave a crap about their customers to see what's really going on at this location. You're extremely lucky that my mother grabbed onto a shelf to keep from falling!!

Never mentioned anything about a credit card. I ended up getting an inquiry that dropped my credit and a bill for the credit card that was twice as much as what I even bought in the first place.
