  Went today to buy my husband’s wedding band and a ring for my wedding set. We had an amazing experience with Joe E, he asked what we came in for and he showed us exactly that and explained the differences between men’s wedding bands. He then helped me find a ring that stacked perfectly with my engagement ring. He was so helpful and not pushy on any products which we are thankful for. We also felt that jewelry here was reasonably priced compared to other jewelry stores. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable while shopping. We will be returning for other products in the future!

  We worked with Dylan to get a moment for having our first baby. He listened to what we were looking for and brought us some beautiful options that contained our baby’s birthstone. We ended up picking the first one he brought out! Give Dylan a raise! He deserves it! Made everything quick, easy, and enjoyable.

  Joe was an absolute pleasure the work with! He helped me pick out a new crown for ring, when no one else has ever mentioned that to me before. He was so patient and kind and so knowledgeable. I will be requesting him for any future needs/wants. Thanks again Joe for wonderful customer service!

  My experience shopping for an engagement ring was terrible. Staff repeatedly ignored me and displayed microaggressions, discriminatory behavior, and outright judgment. I waited nearly 35 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, while other customers who arrived later were greeted immediately with a hello or a promise to be right with them. When I returned to pick up the ring paid in full I encountered the same off‑putting attitude, and despite telling the associate it was an engagement ring, I was handed the ring in a plain bag. I will not be returning; my business and presence are clearly unwelcome.

  I had such an amazing experience from start to finish working with Shane Co. and Megan. I went in looking for an engagement ring, and Megan made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She really listened to what I wanted, walked me through all the options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge and friendliness made such a difference, and I honestly felt like she was just as excited about finding the perfect ring as I was. The whole team was great, but Megan especially went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the ring or the experience. If you’re shopping for an engagement ring, definitely ask for Megan!
