- LMLindsey MarshallFeb 14, 20231.0Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My mom and I walked in and noticed three workers leaning over the table in the back. We were not greeted when we walked in nor did they even look up. We walked around the entire store and finally when we stood at the desk waiting to be addressed one worker said “Hi”. When I said thank you for finally saying something to me they had a disgusted look on their face as if I was an inconvenience to them. Not only does this put a damper on my day but it also makes me not want to purchase anything in the store.

A week later I got a call from the manager informing me I won the drawing and I won a private shopping experience with my friends and I would receive a discount as good as an employee discount. We scheduled a date I could go with my family the next time I traveled to visit. When we got there this morning I was shocked to learn we DID NOT receive a special discount for winning the drawing. This was a bait and switch and I was very disappointed. My family and I got up early to go and receive NO discount beside the normal discounts they were having. So, I’m not even sure what I was supposed to “WIN” from this drawing. I’m sure I’m not the only name they drew and I want to be sure others know what they are getting into.
