I wasn’t able to return my items to the store closest to me, so I called customer service. They directed me to the Franklin location, which is quite a drive for me, only for me to find out I was just a little past the return and exchange window. When I arrived, the store manager was not only unhelpful but incredibly rude. She was training another employee at the time, yet spoke to me with such attitude and zero empathy. I left feeling completely dismissed and frustrated. It’s disappointing that a brand I’ve shopped with for so long shows no flexibility or care for their customers. Between the poor customer service and lack of understanding, I won’t be shopping at Express again!

I purchased some items from there end of July and went the next week to return some things. They had closed the Greenhills location all of a sudden. I called customer care and they directed me to the location in Tanger Outlets, I went there and they refused to take it and told me to go to Franklin location. The express store is in the mall is hard to find as they are new and are not updated in the mall directory yet. I tried a few weeks later again because someone told me where the store is. This time they told me the purchase was over 30 days ago and wouldn't take it back. It was not that much money but the fact that they couldn't do anything to help out shows this is not a people 1st establishment. Disappointed.
