- JVJacob Vaughn2 days ago1.0I'm incredibly disappointed in this store. I came in with a few friends looking to go suit shopping. We came in, and didn't find anything in our price range, then decided we'd just come back another day. As we were leaving a Belk's employee approached us and asked if we could do her a favour. I stopped to help her out. When I asked her what I needed to do, she asked me to scan a QR code. I asked what it was for and she said it would let me download the app. I asked why I needed to download it, and she said "it boosts our numbers". I politely declined and said, "I don't believe I will be doing that today". She very snarkily replied with "have a great day". We reciprocated, and as we walked away, she turned to someone else and said very loudly, "I have never had kids be so rude and refuse to help out". I've spent a lot of money here over the years, and suffice it to say I was very disappointed in this behaviour. Belk's, you've lost a customer.
