- JFJhanna FieldsAug 21, 20255.0The manager ( I know his name started with an M. If I remember correctly, it was Mike.) was so polite and accommodating. It was clear that he trained his staff to be the same way. I had seen a pair of pants online and called the shop to ask about them. The manager mentioned they were available in the back and offered to set them aside. When I arrived, he suggested I try them on. I'm glad he did, because the sizing ran larger than I had expected. I ultimately ended up trying about 3 different sizes, which required multiple trips to the backroom for the staff, but they were so friendly about the whole thing. Though I felt at times I was inconveniencing them, they teams positive attitude reassured me I wasn't. This trip was one of the few times I have ever felt welcome at any American Eagle.
