  Request anyone but Shawna if you need a bra fitting or anything else in the store. For a company who boasts body positivity, Shawna was the complete antithesis of that. Total mean girl, and I will be shopping at other locations from now on!

  lady at desk is basically wearing a bra with her belly hanging out.. with. I feel uncomfortable at a man with my daughter in this situation. Not appropriate. Not a good role model for young girls. Unprofessional at the very least, christmas eve

  Everything they had was great but it all seems older styles that I wasn't looking for. Clean store though.

  I understand the employees are probably incentivized to sign people up for the store card, but if I've already said no thank you, I'm not here often at all— honestly I don't want emails that would be impossible to undubscribe from— I do think it's a bit strange to ask me at that point if I can use any friend or family numbers/email instead. girl I have already made it clear I don't care about the 20% or whatever. when I continued to refuse, the employee stared blankly back at me? girl that won't work on me I'm literally one of you. additionally, I don't mind a silent checkout, I understand you're focused— but the employee started a conversation with her coworker at the end, shoved my bag at me without looking at me, and I didn't get any form of acknowledgement as I left. man I also hated my customer service job but even on my worst days I at least said bye to people. if you can follow your store script and push your card on me 15 times, can you not say bye or even look at me so I can thank you? idk man, weird vibes. is this a movie cliche or what.
