- GMGinger MarieApr 12, 20261.0I recently visited this location and left feeling extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed and the associate didn’t greet me at all. As I began browsing the shoe section, that same associate quickly moved to the area and appeared to watch me closely. What made this experience especially upsetting is that there were other customers in the store, yet I was the only one being singled out. I gave no reason to be treated with suspicion, and the behavior felt like profiling. While I may dress comfortably when running errands, I am always presentable and should be treated with the same respect as any other customer. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I work hard for my money and will not support businesses where customers are made to feel this way. Respect and basic courtesy should be the standard for everyone who walks through the door.
