  Loved shopping here when we would go to Freehold. Over time Primark has refused to adapt to the changing landscape of e-commerce and offer online shopping options, all the while grossly understocking their stores of premium popular products. Won’t be shopping this location. Primark is a slow company and it shows in their products and processes.

  It was our first visit to the new Primark. Everything was great — good prices and quality — until we met a rude supervisor while paying. She treated the staff badly and spoke to us in a very disrespectful way when asking us to leave because they were closing. Really disappointing and unprofessional behavior.

  So excited to have primark close by! I always find something cute here. When I’m shopping here it brings me back to my European vacations. It’s a bit pricier than the stores in Europe but I no longer need a flight to shop at primark so it evens out ;) the only complaint I have is that there’s a huge restroom sign but the door is locked and you have to have an employee open the door for you.

  love the unbeatable prices for on-trend fashion, essentials, and home goods. Product Range Very broad selection, including women's, men's, and children's fashion, beauty. Quality is generally considered decent for the price. It's great for basics and seasonal trends. The stores are large and can sometimes be very busy, especially during grand openings and this holidays. Staff assistance is often highlighted as helpful, but the store layout and volume of merchandise can be overwhelming. Tennessee-Specific The new locations have been met with a lot of enthusiasm from shoppers like us eager to finally have a Primark in our area.

  I'm from the UK so I was so excited to visit and have a Primark locally. The prices are a little bit higher than in the UK, it looks like there's going to be an upstairs to expand which will be great. The home section is really small so I'm hoping they expand that. But I'm SO happy to have Primark in Franklin! I finally have somewhere to get cheap decent shoes.
