  A little disappointed. The one in Chicago was so nice and affordable...within 2 months these price are worse here.

  Not very impressed with the staff customer service goes along way I’d rather spend my money where I feel welcomed. I really don’t see this store lasting that long with the rude staff.

  I was so excited to get a Primark out here. I love the brand for some good prices on basic staples but this location wants you to do self check out. I hate this, makes me feel like an unpaid intern. Like where do I clock in?? If I wanted to work here, I’d apply for a job. It’s an obnoxious system that times out when you inevitably have to turn around to find an employee to help with something. How companies are getting away with putting their customers to work is beyond me. I wanna say next time I’ll refuse to do self check out but I just won’t go back.

  Lots of security. Someone at every door, and many walking through the store. Some may see that as a plus, but to me it kind of reflects who they think their clientele is. Fitting room had two choices, women or "all other genders". I found this offensive. I tried on two pairs of jeans which were identical in size. But, the label on them showed one to be two sizes larger than the other. Given that they once had a good reputation, I will give them 6 months and try them again. Right now I don't see them lasting long term.
