I described it to the employee who answered the phone with the department it was in, the color, size, and price it was. She immediately said "no I don't think I've seen any of those" knowing she didn't even bother to look back in the department for the item I drove 45 minutes to Elizabethton to check myself and they had 4 of them out on the floor. So I'm frustrated that she didn't bother to look but I'm grateful they ended up having some since I had already made the drive.
