- RJRex JacksonFeb 11, 20221.0Actual smart lock installer did my installation and car would not start. Was at shop for 6hrs and he said there is nothing he could do it triggered security system. Tried to make me have it towed to hyundai dealer. Couldn't contact anyone other than text and wanted to trouble shoot the issue with me even though there own installer messed with it for hours and said it can only be fixed by hyundai. Then told it would be towed to knoxville hyundai so left for home. 30 min later someone from smart start called and asked if I was having it towed. Said I was told it was going to knoxville and he said that's to far on their dime. I live almost 2hrs from install location and was only there for a job. They broke my car and think I should have to go out of my way instead of them. Intoxalock did the same thing to my honda last week. Canceled with them honda still not running and bought the car smart lock broke just last week. Two non running cars in a week and a half. So stressful
