When he got up there the lady wouldn’t give him a ticket cause only grown ups can win. He was very sad and I ended up putting back all my selections and leaving empty handed.

My wife was asking questions about some very confusing signage, and Celeste butted in asking my wife if she could read. The section was a mess with product in disarray and no signage was clear. Anyways, Celeste went on to say she didn’t care about the customers and was very stand offish. My wife then went to the manager in charge of the store, and explained the situation. Only to be laughed at by the manager in charge who walked away. I’m not sure if this is the new standard for JC Penny but it is horrible.
