  Came in to inquire about a ring I had and the older guy there basically called me stupid for not already knowing the answers to my questions. Perhaps the answers seemed obvious to him but I am not a jewelry expert in any way and I did not appreciate his attitude. He did answer my questions though which was helpful but was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Perhaps I caught him at a bad time but I regretted talking to him. The experience I had was awkward and uncomfortable but they may be friendlier to you, who knows. I did stop by a couple other places and they managed to give me their opinions without sprinkling in the word “stupid”, so.. oh well.

  Just purchased another fine piece of jewelry from the folks at Crabtree and Crace. I can’t emphasize enough the customer service I received and the quality of the charm I purchased one I received it. I highly recommend doing business with these wonderful folks. I will be back!

  Best selection of Rolex watches in town. Aaron and Ted were very helpful in showing and letting me try them on. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to watches. I will continue to give them my business from now on.

  Was in a tough situation and didn’t have a lot of time, knew I needed someone I could rely on. Aaron went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, it was so fast and the customer service was incredible. Was able to work around me and what I needed. Will not go anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend Crabtree and Crace Jewelers for any jewelry needs. Thank you again!!!
