Manager told me there's nothing she could do, to have my credit card company to resolve it. If you shop belk, make sure to use cash or ask if the Belk employee knows what she is doing. The cashier said it was not going through ,so after 3rd time I refused to swipe again, guess what ... it did go through, 3 times!!!!
