We didn’t end up making a purchase, but I still wanted to leave a review because of the outstanding service we received from Mike. Mike was professional, patient, and incredibly respectful. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly without any pressure to buy. He treated us with courtesy and made the whole experience comfortable and informative. It’s clear he cares about helping customers make the right decision rather than just making a sale. Stand-up guy all around. Academy is fortunate to have someone like Mike representing them.
