- SASajeed Shams Abdullah4 days ago1.0I recently visited Sunglass Hut to purchase a new pair of sunglasses. I wasn’t sure which style to choose, and while Clinton, the sales representative, provided some assistance, it felt limited. When I asked about the store’s return policy, he directed me to the website instead of explaining it. That was frustrating! If I have to look everything up online, it defeats the purpose of visiting the store. I ultimately purchased a pair but returned to the store a few minutes later because they looked a bit small and weren’t the style I expected. When I came back to return the glasses and exchange it for a different one, the representative seemed hesitant and acted as though the return was an inconvenience. It also felt like he was questioning the authenticity of the glasses, as if I had brought back a fake pair identical to the one he had just sold me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Overall, I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. If negative stars were an option, that’s exactly what I would give.
