Stephenson Realty & Auction

Stephenson Realty and Auction was started by William Bear Stephenson in August of 1982 in Clinton, TN as a real estate company and after graduating from the Nashville Auction School in 1983 the auction division was added. Then in 1986 Bear attended the Certified Auctioneers Institute at the University of Indiana where over the next several years he received such designations as (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate as well as (CES) Certified Estate Specialist. He served as president of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association in 1992-1993 along with being a member of the National Auctioneers Association. In May of 1993 he moved his offices into its current location at 210 Charles Seivers Blvd in Clinton, TN.
