  We had the pleasure of using this company for my mother in laws auction. It was such a great experience all around. They handled everything great. I also purchased from the auction and it was a well oiled machine from beginning until end. Pick ups were well organized. I can't recommend this company enough.

  Purchased an item on an online auction and before I could even get it out to my vehicle she accused me and my husband of trying to steel something.. using the words “excuse me” what are you looking at.. I only glanced at a rubber mat on the floor.. when I explained to her I was only looking at it she said “I know your type” if you could please teach your employees to have some common decency in public speaking and communication maybe you would have a better rating.. all I can say is have some respect.. we personally knew this couple and it is heartbreaking how your employees acted.. After leaving this review we received a phone call from a very concerned owner and operational manager.. both very apologetic about the service we received and assured me that this would be a “learning” opportunity for the staff and employees. I hope and pray that they hold true to their word and as a Child of God I pray this is true.. I have updated my review to reflect a 4 star rating based solely off the timely response from the owner and operational manager.

  My wife who was registered for 26 March 2026 property auction and made an online bid at 9:08 am of $5000 for Lot #7. I watched the auction online. When the auction got to #7, the auctioneer started the bidding at $30,000 but because no one responded he finally when to my wife's bid of $5,000 and kept asking for a bid of $7500. After asking 4-5 times and with no avail, he was about to close the bidding when he received a bid of $7500. Someone immediately spoke up and reported the bidder was not registered. The Auctioneer responded it was okay and awarded lot #7 to the unregistered bidder. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed in what had taken place. Many thoughts when through my mind like was the unregistered bidder a plant by the Auction company the just to drive of the bids? Was this a common practice to award bids to unregistered bidders over people that complied with the rules. Was it the PROPER and RIGHT thing for the Auction company to do? I think NOT. My family will not be participating in any business with this company again and I would suggest all others do the same, I feel they cannot be trusted and their business practices be scrutinized closely. Was the additional $250 buyers fee worth it to them to loss 1 customer or maybe 1000 potential customers? I learned that unscrupulous people and companies come with all kinds of titles. And as you can see from the responses at the end of the auction, they celebrated their success. I hope their decision was worth it to them and their reputation.

  Fair shipping costs and fast shipping. Please check dates of coins or post better pictures before selling. The coin album I bought was inaccurate. I will give myself zero stars for not confirming with you.
