- RHRenee HNov 9, 20253.0I accompanied a friend to this store as she was looking for a couple of particular items. The service was lacking a bit. After waiting several minutes for someone to help us, we decided to leave. But as we made our way out of the store, my friend saw something else she was interested in. She went to the counter to ask an associate about the return policy. A kind young man named Brandon helped us. He seemed to be newer as he needed the managers assistance with the task of providing a gift receipt. I didn’t get the managers name but she wasn’t friendly. She didn’t seem to be having a good day. When Brandon heard me tell my friend that I was ready to head home due to back pain, he apologized to me. Of course, I wasn’t upset that he had to get help and it took a bit longer to leave the store. But, he was incredibly sensitive and thoughtful to even think to apologize in response to my comment to my friend.

No problem, I kindly pointed it out, sales associate said she needed a manager. No problem. My friend went a took a picture of the signs with the shorts to help out. The sales associate held the shorts up and said she needed help. Two other employees were standing there, one asks "are you talking to me?" Register person replies "no, so and so," (didnt catch name of manager) she walks over and says they aren't the right shorts, we reply that they are the only ones on the rack, multiple sizes... She ignores us, punches buttons and walks away. I asked the Register girl if the prices were changed or what happened. She said she took $2 off one pair (as the sign said) but left the other full price. I told them the entire exchange was so rude they could just keep the shorts. Then I went to hibbet and got them cheaper and their staff was extremely kind and helpful.
