The young lady at the register, appeared confused and a bit upset when the customer would tic and shout. She carefully reviewed the lady's purchases before finalizing the sale because she knew she had been distracted, but never changes her face, acted like anything was wrong and finalized the sale with a big smile and Merry Christmas. I congratulate her on being kind. I congratulate Belks on diversity training.
