You will be given a prompt to have your call returned in the order that it was replaced and when they call back, they will let it ring one time and hang up, causing you to have to start the whole process over again if you choose not to do that it is not uncommon to sit on hold for six or seven hours. Yes, I said hours. They are slightly more responsive via email, but even that is hit or miss at times do not even attempt to use the chat service online as it disconnects easily and takes forever to be connected with an agent to begin with. None of your information is available on the client portal like they say it will be so you’re left wandering and guessing and hoping someone will return calls or emails. This is not a service anyone wants to use obviously, but there are requirements that have to be met.
