  Today we were apart of something absolutely terrifying. We were in the mall shopping and everyone started running and stores were closing their doors so we panicked and ran into the nearest store which was Windsor. They immediately locked the doors and called security where they were told there were reports of shots fired! Then they told everyone to get to the back of the store and they turned the lights off once they realized it was a real threat and eventually turned the music off. The managers made sure to keep the customers safe In the back of the store and would not let anyone leave until they knew it was Safe. We were In there for over an hour but the managers kept checking to see what was going on and really made our well being a top priority even though I know it was also scary for them. They weee communicating with us anything that they knew or heard just to keep us at ease and feeling safe. One woman tried to leave the store when it first happened and they wouldnt even let her leave due to there being a threat and not knowing what was going on. It was scary for everyone but they really did what they were supposed to do in that kind of situation. We are thankful to have been in a store that really cared about the well being of the customer and not just the employees.

  Wow, phenomenal customer service. Ms. Brooke and Ms. Jacobia did an excellent job. It was a special occasion for me and they took their time to take care of me. This is why I always go there to buy gifts. Kudos to you both.
