  I love this place great deals love the sunglasses and Cologne but such a pain trying to get help workers will walk right by and never ask if you need help or anything never been asked except looking at the shoes

  Very disorganized. Unable to find specific product i was looking for. No apparent customer service assisting customers in store. Only employees were managing the front end and cash registers.

  I bought a top, washed it before wearing it, and a button came off. There was no replacement button attached inside on a tag or anything, which was a bummer because I could not find the button that came off and I really liked the top and was willing to repair it, but since I could not, I went to return it. They said they could not take it back because it was washed. Are you kidding me? That is no way to back your product. I had a receipt and everything. Terrible return policy, so I do not recommend shopping here, and I will not be going back. Additionally, the customer service stinks. I waited in line for a long time watching other workers doing things behind the counter instead of taking care of customers.👎🏼

  Nicci answering the phone is about as rude as possible. I asked her if they sold backless, strapless, shapewear. She said I need to come look in person. I asked her to look first, to make sure I didn't drive 45 minutes for nothing. She said she needs a upc code. I asked her to look in person. She said, did you hear what I just said. She said she wouldn't go look. Terrible customer service.
