  Nicci answering the phone is about as rude as possible. I asked her if they sold backless, strapless, shapewear. She said I need to come look in person. I asked her to look first, to make sure I didn't drive 45 minutes for nothing. She said she needs a upc code. I asked her to look in person. She said, did you hear what I just said. She said she wouldn't go look. Terrible customer service.

  I have spent thousands here but after tonight I won’t be back. My wife and I drive past several other locations to shop here. Google hours AND their own posted holiday hours on their store states they would be open until 8pm on Sunday December 21, but when we walked up to the door at 7:05 the doors didn’t open. Another customer walked out and this lady with a terrible attitude was standing there watching us and others try to get in. When we asked she replied with a nasty reply that she knew what the sign said but they were closing anyways. If she had apologized for any inconvenience we wouldn’t have left with such a bad taste in our mouths. Last time I shop here. I would gladly spend a few more dollars at their competitor than to be treated like that. Sad
