That instantly made we want to return it. On Monday, October 20th, I did attempt to return it at the cologne counter where I purchased it. I was told it could not be returned because it had been opened. Nowhere in the department, at the register or on the sales receipt does it say that you cannot return a cologne that has been opened. I will NEVER purchase a beauty product from JC Penney's again. This is just bad customer service. In response to your reply... the way to make this right isn't to discuss it with you staff. It's to let me return the cologne since your policy was not noted anywhere. In fact, one of the associates said your policy was on your website. It actually does not state that opened cologne cannot be returned. I am totally not satisfied and as of right now I do not intend to shop there again. What you do with your policy communication in the future does not help me today.

A week later I called to check the status of the order and was told it never showed up at the store and that they would refund my money. By the way, this process over the phone took nearly 30 minutes. (First to get someone on the line then to find what was going on) This store needs to be shut down quite honestly in my opinion.
