She called the store and had them refund my money. Then, after she let it soften a bit, she tried it again and decided it was delicious. When I called the store to explain and get the cost resent to my credit card, they refused and said they understood. I could not have asked for a more gracious and helpful person. I am always going to be a customer. They are so easy to deal with and I am happy.

Since the recipient was not going to be home to receive the gift, Melinda delivered it to the address that she was at at for her birthday! She went above and beyond to get the fruit arrangement delivered since I was calling from out of state ! She was very professional and helpful ! Thanks Melinda !!!

I ordered online to surprise my daughter for her Birthday, needless to say it did not get to her work before she left at 4 pm, I ended up cancelling it because she was already gone and what was the point of delivering a surprise if you're not there. I was very disappointed. They had all day to delivery, and it was after 4 pm. Also they charged me 25% restock fee before they would refund my money bc I cancelled it after the fact bc it didn't arrive on time, why bc I didn't do anything, I'm not the one who couldn't make the delivery on time, I would not recommend ordering from this place!! This was the first and the last time I will ever order from a edible arrangement store especially the Brainerd store! They were also very rude!! I would not recommend!! I'm very disappointed!!
