If you need to make a same day return, they will accuse you of “normal wear and tear” instead of hearing out your concerns.

Returned them with no problems whatsoever, both pairs! Literally took a moment and we were on to finding what we needed! Found my son a pair of heelys in the store and he's been wheeling around! Love this place, tons of stock. Clean! Easy to find things and a very friendly helpful staff 👌

I said multiple times that there was nothing they could do to get me to give them a phone number. They huffed and said that they get in trouble every time someone says no. They were very rude and chudish.
