According to customer service they have until 2/3 to deliver to meet the deadline. That is way too long and no where during the order process did it state that. USPS should have picked up the pkg by now. Had I known, I would have ordered from a different department store.

She was most pleasant and even sent a follow up email to check on my experience with the product and to see if I had any other questions. In today's limited workers in the retail environment, she was most certainly a "breath of fresh air".
