Today on 12/18/2025 I received a sealed package from UPS with an unsecured box and no perfume in the box. I contacted the store and an employee by the name of Hanna kept giving me the run around and was quick to get me off the phone. I asked to speak with the manager and she gave me an invalid extension. After calling 6 times I was finally able to speak to a manager who was not able to give me an explanation or even bother to check why my package was shipped from their location empty. Extremely disappointed in their poor service and lack of empathy. Will not be ordering from their website ever again.

Im sure Im not the only person shes offended there.
