I waited anyway 7-8 minutes. She still did not offer to help me. Called manager, he made excuses for her as did the corporate office. I will be taking my business elsewhere after many, many years of business with them.

However, the application required my social security number, and I immediately requested a cancellation. She claimed to have canceled it, but she didn’t, and then charged my entire purchase to the card. This was appalling behavior from a conning associate. The store was beyond filthy. It had leaks everywhere and was covered in dirt and filth on the floors, and the changing rooms had literal piles of trash and filth on the floors. I’ve never been to a more disgusting store in my entire life. I hope this place is condemned and bulldozed in the near future. The associate should be charged with fraud.

Followed me and my daughter around until we left, even after I confronted her, the manager made excuses saying she wasn't when even other white customers noticed. Never again!!! My daughter cried all evening, thank you for your racist service!
