  I love shopping at AE. I always get friendly staff willing to help. They go out of their way to loon in back for item and give me suggestions on what would look good for me. The manager at cash register is very quick. As well as the other cashier’s.

  walked into four staff members gather around the leggings table talking and laughing about Asian people. left the worst taste in my mouth and was disgusted by their immature, privileged, and almost racist behavior.

  I am so disappointed with the way American Eagle treats their customers. I placed an order in the store and was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days. It has been a week and I have not received them. The UPS tracking has been showing they are waiting carrier pick up for 6 days. I reached out to customer service 3 times and each time they have said I need to wait an additional 14 days before they will mark the order as lost and refund my money. They will not try to make it right and resend the order. They give a generic response each time you speak to them. I wish I could have bought the pants in the store but they don't carry tall sizes in the store and the regular length was too short for my teenage son. This could also be an improvement is for the store to carry tall sizes in store rather than just having to order them. This experience has made me never to want to shop at American Eagle again.
