  What a crap show. I ordered a belt. Had it shipped to the store for pick up. Received my notification that it arrived. The next day I received a email stating it was picked up, which was not by me. I tried to call the store number which takes you to a robot answering service, which could not figure out how to get me to the actual store. So no way to ask the store about the pick up. I showed up two days later to pick it up, and the girl asked me why I didn’t try to call the store and ask about the pick up notification. All she offered was to return the item, which duh, what else would I do with the merchandise I couldn’t pick up. I feel like I should have been owed at least a big discount on the next purchase to cover my gas for driving there on my lunch break. there is so much more about the conversation with the manager. They had come out and see me that was so ridiculous. Thanks, DSW for wasting an hour of my day not including trying to call you twice on your robot phone number. Crap show

  This was the WORST experience I have ever had in my whole entire life. The worker with the man bun was being EXTREMELY(!!!!) rude today, April 30th at 10AM eastern time. He was mouthing off to customers and was being incredibly vicious towards myself and other customers for wanting to purchase Needos for my children. He said “this is why I hate that we sell these here.” And made it very clear that we ruined his morning for wanting to simply purchase items from the store. I will NEVER step foot into this company ever again. My friend who was with me had the same experience. I am will urge others to also not come here after the absolute vicious, targeted experience that I had with this employee.

  Young guy that worked did not want to help with anything. He was very rude and unprofessional.

  Customer service should be embarrassed. I had questions about my return and was snapped at. Extremely rude. I do not recommend buying a pair of shoes here. If you need to make a same day return, they will accuse you of “normal wear and tear” instead of hearing out your concerns.

  I got my daughter a pair of birckenstock heredity Christmas and had ordered my son a pair of heelys online for Christmas. Both were too small lol! Returned them with no problems whatsoever, both pairs! Literally took a moment and we were on to finding what we needed! Found my son a pair of heelys in the store and he's been wheeling around! Love this place, tons of stock. Clean! Easy to find things and a very friendly helpful staff 👌
