    This store deserves a 0 if they cannot find better sales associates to work with the public. The male sales associate in the shoe department was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He had a nasty attitude, offered no real help, and treated customers like an inconvenience. His behavior was completely unprofessional and ruined the shopping experience.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would, the tall guy that works in the women’s shoes department, is hands down one of the WORST sales associates. As he is rude and very unhelpful, telling a customer “I’m done with you” because they needed help, WHEN HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HELP! As someone who has worked in retail, and has made it a career, it’s very disappointing to see sales associates like this and managers who condone this.

    I give the store and merchandise 5 stars but I give the customer service a one star. Very rude employees especially the lady that works in women’s active wear. If you’re gonna be rude to paying customers then don’t work with the public.

    I just want to give a shout out to Ian in the shoe department. What a gem you have in him. So polite and helpful. Not just to me but I saw him help several other people too. I've had a couple of really bad experiences recently the customer service in other stores, and it was just so nice to be treated as a valued customer again. HR is doing a good job. 👍🏼 See y'all again soon.
