  I went to American Eagle with my daughter on a Friday evening to purchase her some new jeans. Prepared to spend several hundred dollars. We arrived at 6:30 to be told the dressing rooms were closed for the day! The store was open til 8. I find this very frustrating, I was coming from work to buy clothes. Why would we not expect to use the fitting rooms an hour and half before closing. I guess they don’t want to make money after 6. I don’t buy things to have to return them if they don’t fit! I don’t have time for that.

  We came in to get a last minute gift for Christmas and we were promptly dismissed at the door at 7:55. I totally accept that closing time was 8:00, but we were just running in and out to grab a gift for a family member that surprised us with a holiday visit. Unfortunate.

  Not all of the ladies that work at this location, but some of them that I’ve encountered have the worst attitude towards their customers!

  i order pickup from this aerie all the time. first of all, some the girls here are a different type of unfriendly. but i work at the pinnacle so it’s convenient for me. they rarely have my order ready the same day, but the one day they do is yesterday, so i went and got my order, got home and realized a security tag was still on my pants. fine, it happens. i took them back today and got it taken off and got home to put them up, and realized the other pair of pants i purchased had also still had the security tag on them. on me, sure. but what customer is looking for security tags when they get home, it’s literally NOT my job. aerie usually doesn’t have security tags but i guess for the holidays they do, but don’t have them if you don’t know how to take them off. luckily it’s not out of my way, but most people aren’t at the pinnacle every single day && there is so many people from out of town during this time of year. so inconsiderate lol. i was in tears when i discovered the second pair bc even with proof of purchase yall loveeee to treat me like im some suspicious thief. decided to have my boyfriend pry the second one off to avoid the hassle and embarrassment when i bring them in and get treated like im stealing. constant problems here. i’ll shop at jc from now on!!!🥰

  Worst customer service I have ever had. Very rude employees in the store. Took 2 and a half hours to find out the order was not ready and they could not even find it in the system although we have all the emails and confirmation with order number. Then 49 mins on the phone to get the issue resolved.
