It was very stressful since the dress was for my daughter’s wedding and needed last-minute alterations. They offered earrings as an apology, but only if I paid for shipping. What?! Lovely dresses—just order extra early or check for online options with free shipping. After the fact, I saw that my dress was available online from the designer for less money and free shipping. At this price point, I expected better customer service.
