It just really wasn’t a concern. She didn’t acting concerned at all about my issue she’s very unprofessional and to have someone like that as a manager in your store is really a disgrace she could’ve handled that better by taking 15 seconds to look at me and address me but she decided she didn’t need to do that So probably won’t shop back at your store and I’ve been a nordstrom customer for 15 years thank you
