On the bright side I found a new queen size flat sheet and a Trevis cup. On the Nasty side the ladies restroom was beyond gross.

Line of 10 customers waiting for dressing room and management refuses to open them. There are much better locations within Middle Tennessee to visit. Also, this location (not the bins) is chaotic to say the least.

Crazy experience! A giant room with 20 +/- rolling bins that are 3'X20' full of stuff, clothes and shoes. People everywhere rummaging through the bins and at certain times during the day, old bins are taken away and new ones brought out. That's when the frenzy starts. It seems most people there are reselling their treasures and stay there most the day. If you go there, wear gloves and a mask. You don't know where the stuff has been and what's on it.

So cool! Most everything is $1.89 per pound and they have a little bit of everything! Great for resellers. It is packed full of people and gets very strowed but if you like to treasure hunt this is the place to be. I found a Micheal kors bag and some cute Levi's. I will definitely be back!

I really want to understand why the manager doesn't supervise the staff. There's a dark-skinned woman who is so awful; she acts like she owns the place and treats everyone terribly. She even dares to insult the children. She told me my son's sweatshirt was stolen from the store and demanded I pay for it. She even threw the receipt on the floor. I immediately looked for the manager, but there was no response. It's unbelievable that they have that kind of employee. It's racist because she only treats Spanish-speaking people this way. There's no excuse for not firing employees like that. You go there to give clothes a second life and try to save a little money, but I think it's better to buy new to avoid that kind of humiliation and discrimination.
