  Today, I went there to get some 1MX shirts, I picked 8 of them, went to the check out, they took the alarm pieces off, and 7 of them had holes in them, obviously they were not at the right spot. I told them that I won't buy 7, will just buy 1, Tyler, the manager, came and told me that they will be ok when I wash them. When I said "no, those are holes", looked torn, he tried to find the one I wanted to buy on the cash register, I suggested "why don't you delete all and rescan the one I would buy, obviously he wasn't smart enough to think about that, here is what he told me "chill man". I said no wonder why this store has the crapiest review, and left.

  This store is advertised as a factory outlet, but everything is sold at full MSRP. It’s a total scam, and not like other Express factory outlet stores that actually mark down product, as you’d expect at an outlet. Don’t waste your time here, just go to the mall and pay full price there. Same thing.

  Greetings! Love this store and the location. When I searched the web for a last minute look Express at this location. was one of the options that popped up. Decided to run to the store to take a quick look and found something. I didn’t experience anything negative or unprofessional. The associate actually helped me and gave me an option. I wasn’t there long because I knew what I was looking for but great experience and location.

  I love Express and have been a customer for years, but this particular store is not good. I tried to purchase a pair of jeans off the clearance rack and when I got to the front to pay I was told they were full price even though they had a clearance sticker clearly on the tag. The clerk called over a manager (Michael) who was rather rude and basically insinuated that I had put the clearance sticker on the item trying to get it discounted. I ask him to double check the rack that I got them from. He walked around the store trying to find them in the regular priced section and had trouble. It’s fine if they aren’t actually clearance, though I suspect they were, or an employee made a mistake and put them on clearance. But treating customers bad and insinuating I’m trying to put stickers on stuff to get discounts is another thing. Needless to say I left without making a purchase and I may never return to this store.
