It’s a total scam, and not like other Express factory outlet stores that actually mark down product, as you’d expect at an outlet. Don’t waste your time here, just go to the mall and pay full price there. Same thing.

Decided to run to the store to take a quick look and found something. I didn’t experience anything negative or unprofessional. The associate actually helped me and gave me an option. I wasn’t there long because I knew what I was looking for but great experience and location.

I was told they couldn’t give me their name however when I called the corporate office to file a complaint they asked me for the associates name. So the employee was not only rude but also lied (The manager). I will spend my money where it is appreciated and professional.

When I entered the store, I was looking for an outfit for a special occasion. I was met by Michael, the assistant manager. He was incredibly helpful and attentive. Michael was very patient with me. I can admit I’m not the easiest to deal with but he kept a smile on his face and made my day. I ended up walking out with the perfect outfit. Thank you Michael for all of your help and expertise. I will be a returning customer!!!!
