  The staff at The Joint are always so happy and helpful. Their selection is great. If you are lucky enough to go in when Goose the dog is in you have the best cannabis shop in Saskatoon!

  As a person that does not smoke alot of weed, maybe 1-2 puffs to calm me before sleep. I entered the store clueless. Was welcomed by Dingbea and Sophie. They worked as a team, listened to my needs and recommended the best product for me. Personalized, professional and pretty/pretty great. Will definitely be back. These two are an asset the business for sure. P.s. if I die, I will get my mom to amend this post 🤣

  Love the joint cannabis, Jenn is the best I’ve never had a bad encounter with the staff there’s always ready to help and they are fast even the pets !!!! 10/10

  Usually I have a good experience but yesterday morning went in there to meet a new gal Jennifer. I asked about product and she didn't seem very helpful, her tone was dismissive and when I did look at a product, she held on to it like I was going to run away with it. I told her I don't steal and she said it was protocol she hold it. I found that hard to believe as I have held many items on my own in the past. Idk if she was having a bad day or what was going on with her attitude. Her service sucked!!

  Went in for some pre rolls today, roughly around 12:30pm. Bought my pre rolls, was ready to leave. I didn’t want my receipt. My budtender handed me the receipt anyways, I refused and placed the receipt back on the front counter. The young lady working then got very visibly upset with me and told me that she hopes I get pulled over. I laughed, told her I didn’t need it, And left. Pretty piss poor customer service in my opinion, I understand it’s important to keep a receipt, but I don’t believe that’s anyone’s choice to make but my own on if I want to keep it or not! Which you should explain to your employees so they don’t crash out next time and have a temper tantrum over a piece of paper… Won’t be shopping with the joint again, will be sticking with local shops from now on.
