- SSShawn StevensApr 28, 20261.0I really liked this store. But lately they seem to have till problems. Can't order online, tills are always down. I've talked to the staff about it and they say they are trying to get it fixed. The staff is great and I feel for your employees having to deal with this issue. The manager there is a young girl who I believe doesn't know what she's doing as this problem keeps happening with their till and nothing is changing. It use to be a great store but this store has really gone down hill since the new manager took over. 😡 I will go elsewhere from now on.
- XXXmxnApr 27, 20261.0three times now i have shown up with an order from the spark app and been turned away. and one of those times my online payment was processed and yet i was not given my order, nor was a refund issued. Was also told I would receive a refund for my inconvenience next time and guess what, the next time, I was inconvenienced again, this time showing up with cash since I was told there are issues with online payments (and I did not want to lose money again), and yet I was turned away once again, without my order, because the employee with the short purple hair could not open the cash register or work the ipad. This is incredibly upsetting. It is sad to have what was once a pleasant dispensary experience deteriorate into this. Expect inconvenience.
