The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to exchange my shoes for a different pair due to the defect with the shoes I initially bought. I'm much happier with the newer shoes I have now, and I'm very happy with how reasonable and helpful the staff were with my issue!

The female employee who was on shift wasn't behaving appropriately with customers. That was really surprising for me and the customers who were present at that time. They should work on the customer service. They were having good offers on footwear but it was owing to the behaviour of that employee, I went from the place without having anything.
