During my visits, I observed concerning behavior from a store manager whose name tag appeared to read “Shannon.” While she seemed competent at basic job duties, I repeatedly noticed what appeared to be racial profiling toward Black and Indigenous (BIPOC) customers. She frequently watched them closely, followed their movements with her eyes, and instructed employees to do the same.
I also noticed she treated staff poorly—using harsh glares, giving orders in a very militant manner, and speaking rudely. Overall, the darker a customer appeared to be, the worse they were treated, which was uncomfortable and disappointing to witness.
I expect retail managers to treat both customers and employees with respect regardless of race. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the company addresses it and improves the in-store culture.

Not happy with the quality or exchange policy.
Had these boots 6 days over the 90 days and won’t help me.
The cloth exterior is all coming off the boots. These are waterproof boots too and now not so much.
Not sure how to post pictures but I would if I could.

Horrible experience here went in to try to find some bridal shoes for my wedding. That’s coming up next year. The happy part of the story is that I did indeed find a pair of shoes that I fell in love with the sound part is there are the display pair and gems were falling off of them. I offered to the sales lady that I would like some help ordering them and she stated that that wouldn’t be possible because all of those shoes would be display shoes that I would order in. I said I would rather take a gamble with that then have that current pair that’s there just due to all the gemstones falling off. She was rather rude about not wanting to help or do her job, which is customer service since she works in retail. It was quite disappointing. I did however get the shoes ordered from the Preston crossing location. The person at that location was fantastic and helping me with my request was polite and help me understand the process if I do end up getting a pair of display issues at least I’m aware, but it shouldn’t be the case since they were ordered in and that would be something to look at for the shoe company. I’m sorry she could’ve even offered me a decent discount for me to take the display pair and I probably would have done so although for a wedding do you really want something to already be wrecked before you wear it probably not.
