But this location is by far the worst to visit as far as customer service goes and I rarely go to this location as is specifically because of their customer service skills, but over the weekend, I decided to because they had the cart I wanted. I placed an order so it would be a quick and what I thought would be a painless interaction. I went in- wasn’t greeted at all- they both just looked at me. I told them I had an order and said my name. They asked to see ID(which is expected) but she looked at my ID and then at me for unreasonable and uncomfortable amount of time. Then, she puts a piece of paper in front of me and asks for my signature. This was something I had never seen before and made acknowledgment of that saying; “this is new, I’ve never seen this before.” Sydney D- who was “helping” me, rolled her eyes and threw her arms up in the arm in air and said in the most rude tone “well this is how it’s always been so I don’t know what to tell you.” I almost walked out and cancelled the transaction right then because there was no need to be snarky at something I never seen before. I am mentioning her name as well because this is not the first unpleasant interaction I’ve had with her along with my friends who have had the same experience. Because of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
