    This was my first time at the Joint and oh my Ding was a delight to work and chat with. Will definitely be coming back as well as recommending friends. Not to mention she was so patient and so nice about me taking so long but we found what I came in looking for! Which I haven’t been able to find anywhere for a year! They have it all :) <3

    Terrible customer service + worst experience dispensary. Everytime I buy something here it's garbage. Zero inventory. Giving up on trying my local spot as of today. I'd rather save my money.

    I've spent thousands of dollars at the joint and will never buy anything from them ever again. I picked up live resin and when I drove home 40 minutes away I opened the product it was leaking everywhere inside. After returning to the shop I was offered no discount on a replacement and at the time I decided to pick up a bowl for my bong which I was told would work well with the torch they sold me. The torch wouldn't even heat the bowl and when I returned to the shop to explain that they told me the bowl is for larger amounts of live resin and would need a bigger torch and they wouldn't take the bowl back. I asked to speak to the manager and the middle-aged East Indian woman there was not sympathetic whatsoever and when I was on the phone with a higher up she was laughing at me. I couldn't believe it. I wasn't causing a scene whatsoever. I was very calm and simply asked to speak to a manager. I have a ran a business for many years and if anybody has a product that is defective in any way I offer them something as a way to make amends and to show that I appreciate them as a customer. The Joint has shown that they don't value me as a customer so I will take my business elsewhere.

    Has gone downhill since FIKA took over. Pricing has skyrocketed and the shelves are empty. Quality and variety of product has also gone down. Too bad they couldn't keep offering the same pricing and product availability that the previous owners had.
