  I bought a cartridge about a month ago that turned out to be defective. I went in to see what could be done about it and was told to look for a receipt/packaging/statement, went back in with a statement and a different employee took my info saying they would call. 2 weeks+ went by and I didn’t hear anything so I went back in to follow up and talked with Arden. She took my info and I received a call from her not even 20 minutes after leaving the store. She had everything resolved so quickly and I was able to get an exchange the next day. Thank you, Arden, for going above and beyond! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Horrible service to start. Sec9nd I purchased a yo can filter, they dont stock refills so you gotta spend 16 everytime you want one. I asked if they are going to and they said no. Why I asked they would sell. Ignores me and walks away. Then I make my way to the glass display and not a single person acknowledged me or even attempted to offer some customer service. Frustrating

  I would give -5! There is no customer service at this place what so ever! There is however, a very power tripping larger/older woman employee who is not a good person....... she should not be working in customer service! So rude, lies and just is miserable!

  I paid for same day delivery and didn’t get it that day and I paid extra for same day delivery and never got my order. I’m still waiting for my order

  Bad experience. Some of us cannot always make it into the city (Saskatoon) and have to rely on delivery. Last time I ordered I had an issue but it was looked after by a staff member and I was able to complete my transaction. It was time for me to order a new batch, I called last night September 25th, 2025 to make sure there were no issues and the gentleman I talked to went over and above to help me. That's customer service. He assured me that everything would go smoothly. After I ordered a tracking number was given to me. I realize that when we get an instant tracking number that it will not give you any info right away until it is picked up. The next day I thought I would call and see if there was an update 10:40 AM. The gentleman I talked to on the phone said they do not know how to ship it out (Courier or Canada Post) seeing the Post Office is on strike. They are not on strike as the mail is still going through they are just not working overtime according to my sources at the Post Office where I pick up my mail daily. Even though I mentioned this to the person after 5 hours I figured they should have figured it out they still had no answer. I talked to a manger at this location. She said I was yelling at her. I talk loud as I have a hearing problem and we need to talk at a level to hear out own voice. I am not the only person in Canada that orders online and seeing they do not know how to send out an order after 5 hours I will have to cancel my order and order from somewhere else. Would I order again from these guys NOPE not a chance. Support is now only via email, I tell people if you can't get phone support stay away.
