The sales people were accommodating and not pushy. They don't follow you around while browsing the store, unless called for assiatance. We were also given a very good price on the item that we bought even if we're technically outside the actual promotion period. Delivery is very much on time. They were very friendly and even offered free installation. They also kept everything tidy afterwards. Thanks, The Brick!

The delivery date time doesn't work for us. We purchased sectional on Boxing day and the delivery is going 10 days after the purchase but we won't be home in that time slot. We already paid for delivery and are going to charge us reschedule date. We are going to ask for a refund.

The brick company's delivery drivers seem to lack common sense, often blocking others' paths. When customers reach out, the store consistently sides with the drivers, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the brick salesperson shows bias against non-Canadians.

Everything for our stove order went well so far except for the scheduling portion. We had asked for delivery on either a Friday or a Monday based on work availability. With this in mind the rep we bought the stove through booked us for 20 Dec 25. It wasn't until we go home when we realized we had been saying Friday and we were booked for delivery on a Saturday. We called the number provided for dealing with deliveries and had our delivery shifted to the 19th and all was well. Then a few days later another agent called from the booking section to confirm our delivery time on Saturday the 20th. We informed her that we had already called in and got it changed to the 19th which she then finally said we were booked for the 19th. When we checked the online tracking app for the 19th we were listed as 5th in order for delivery with delivery being sometime between 11:00 and 2:00. This then changed to being between 2:00 and 5:00 pm and we went from 5th in the order of march to 7th and then finally 12th. Then late in the afternoon after being available all day we were called and informed that due to the weather earlier in the week our stove had not arrived from Edmonton early for delivery and our delivery was then rescheduled for the 22nd (would have been much better if we were called first thing after they opened). Then for the 22nd, instead of being earlier on the route due to the previous delays including a whole missed day, had 12 deliveries (or more, can't remember the exact number) and was listed for delivery between 2:00 to 5:00 pm with the truck finally arriving around 5:30 pm. The crew who delivered were great as was the first lady we dealt with when we had called to correct things from the 2th to the 19th. Everyone else was just professional.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product.
