Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

My sister recently had a very upsetting experience at this Lululemon location.
She purchased 12 items as gifts and politely asked for individual shopping bags. Staff told her they did not have enough bags and could only provide three.
What was far more concerning was the staff’s attitude. She was rudely told to “go” and rushed to leave. When she calmly explained that a lack of bags should not be the customer’s responsibility, she was told that the store “did not need her as a customer” and that she could return the items and leave.
It is important to note that my sister is new to Canada and has limited English proficiency. Being dismissed, spoken to disrespectfully, and escorted out by security was an extremely humiliating experience.
Lululemon promotes values of respect and inclusivity, but this experience reflected the opposite. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews staff training and customer service standards at this location.

I had a sweater for 4 months and the elbows wore holes. They would not warranty the item. Their quality is very poor. Viori is a much better quality good.
