  I went in today to purchase a pair of shoes and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The older lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was very little help available in the store, and it felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Customer service makes a big difference when people are spending their money, and this experience was very disappointing. If someone truly dislikes their job that much, it might be time to consider finding a different one where customer service isn’t part of the role.

  Associate #52982 had an ignorant attitude. If customer service/handling checkout isn’t your profession, go to university. Your job is to work & walk the floor if a customer needs it.

  I purchased a shoes by online but size doesnt fit to me so i visited east regina store and i am totally dissappointed by the services of both old ladies. They both were rude and sent me to each other for different design or size. I ended up my transaction without return the shoes as they both behave like they dont know anything. One said whatever we hv here is thr, you can find or we dont hv. What kind of behaviour is tht? I strictly oppose this rude behave and advice them to kick off or retire them and hire new young energetic staff. I better to go with DSW in south and get the best customer services. Never ever go to this rediculous place again to see those rude old monks.
